Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

PostingSocialz provides digital, creative, and time-based services. Because these services involve labor, planning, and content production, the following refund policies apply:

1. Services Already Delivered

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed work (posts, graphics, reels, edits, writing, strategies)

  • Time already spent planning, filming, editing, designing, or managing accounts

  • Any month of service that has already started (because services begin immediately upon billing)

2. Monthly Packages

All monthly social media management packages are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

If a client chooses to cancel, cancellation will take effect after the required 30-day notice period.

3. Deposits

If PostingSocialz collects a deposit:

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve time, planning, and resource allocation.

4. Event-Day Content Services

Event filming, photography, or content-capture services are refundable only if:

  • PostingSocialz cancels due to unforeseen circumstances

  • The client cancels 7+ days before the scheduled service

Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

5. Digital Products (if applicable)

Digital files, templates, PDFs, or downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Service Dissatisfaction

If a client is unhappy with any part of their service, PostingSocialz will:

  • Provide reasonable revisions

  • Offer a strategy call to address concerns

  • Adjust upcoming content as needed

Refunds are not issued based on preference changes or subjective dissatisfaction.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution with PostingSocialz first may result in:

  • Termination of services

  • Legal recourse for fraudulent claims

  • Additional administrative fees
