Welcome to PostingSocialz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, purchasing services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use the PostingSocialz website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Use the site to transmit harmful or malicious content

  • Attempt to breach website security

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.

2. Services Provided

PostingSocialz provides:

  • Social media management

  • Content creation

  • Branding and graphic services

  • Analytics and reporting

  • Event-day content capture

  • Additional marketing support

All services are outlined in your individualized service agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, files, and brand assets

  • Communicate approval or changes in a timely manner

  • Provide access to social media pages (as needed for service)

  • Ensure any content given to PostingSocialz does not violate copyrights or privacy laws

Delays in receiving content, approvals, or account access may delay deliverables.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All custom content created by PostingSocialz (graphics, captions, videos, templates, etc.) may be used by the client as long as they maintain an active paid service.

  • PostingSocialz retains rights to original design files, drafts, and templates unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • Clients may not resell or redistribute PostingSocialz content to third parties without permission.

PostingSocialz may display completed work in its portfolio or for promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due monthly (or according to the agreement signed).

  • Late payments may result in paused services until the account is current.

  • Unpaid invoices may be sent to collections after 60 days of non-payment.

6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Services are billed monthly and may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days once a billing period begins.

  • PostingSocialz may terminate service for misuse, late payments, harassment, illegal behavior, or breach of terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

PostingSocialz is not liable for:

  • Technical issues, outages, or algorithm changes on social platforms

  • Loss of data due to third-party systems

  • Rejected posts or account restrictions caused by platform policies

  • Client decisions, errors, or delays

  • Events outside our control

Our services aim to improve visibility, but we make no guarantees of specific results (follower count, sales, engagement spikes, etc.).

8. Confidentiality

We will keep all client materials, passwords, and business information confidential.
Clients must keep all PostingSocialz pricing, strategy, service structure, and internal documents confidential as well.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia.
